A new IDC survey of 511 European decision-makers reveals both the scale of this shift and the challenges organizations face as they strive to move from initial pilot projects to full-scale transformation.

The report explores how 79% of respondents in the European public sector believe digital work will transform the way we work: within five years, most of the workforce is expected to consist of humans and AI agents collaborating on strategic tasks.
